What to Expect
at your first appointment

Welcome to Solace Flow, an intentional head spa ritual designed to calm your nervous system, restore balance to your scalp, and leave you feeling lighter when you walk out than when you walked in.

If this is your first head spa experience, this page guides you through what to expect from the moment you arrive to how you’ll feel afterward, so you can book with ease, clarity, and trust.

Arrival

Come as you are

You don't need to prepare.

You don't need to perform.

You just need to show up.

Check in and settle

Upon your arrival, you'll be welcomed into a quiet, grounding space designed to help you transition out of the outside world and into rest. You'll have a few moments to settle in and prepare for your experience.

During this time, you’re invited to get grounded, use the restroom if needed, ask questions if you have any, and enjoy quiet refreshment.

This is where your body begins to let go.

Environment

The atmosphere

Solace Flow is intentionally designed to feel soft, quiet, and unhurried. The space is gently lit, sound is minimal, and conversation is kept to what feels necessary or supportive. From start to finish, the pace is slow and spacious without any rushed or “in and out” energy.

This is a space where your nervous system is not asked to perform, respond, or stay alert. It is given permission to soften, rest, and reset.

Touch, guided by care

Touch is slow, intentional, and always adjustable.

Never forceful. Never rushed.

Pressure is guided by your preferences. Lighter, deeper, or anywhere in between, you’re always in control.

This is your experience...

Nothing to prove. Nothing to perform.

Emotional release is normal

Deep relaxation can sometimes open emotional release.

Tears, waves of emotion, or a quiet sense of letting go are all natural responses when the nervous system feels safe.

We hold space for whatever arises, without judgment or urgency.

This space adapts to you.

Silence is welcome

Conversation is optional.

You’re welcome to rest in complete quiet, engage gently, or ask questions at any point. There’s no expectation to perform, respond, or stay “on.”

You may arrive exactly as you are.
