Memberships are simple and flexible: treatments may roll over for up to two months if life gets busy, and you’ll always know you’re making space for your well-being.​

Serenity Membership
Experience the next level of rejuvenation with the Serenity Membership. Designed for guests who crave more time to unwind, this membership provides an extended, deeply restorative ritual that nourishes the scalp, hair, and nervous system in perfect harmony each month.

For $145/month, you’ll enjoy:
- One (1) 90-minute Head Spa Treatment every month — an immersive escape that includes extended massage, hydration, and holistic scalp therapy.
- 15% savings on service upgrades, add-ons, and retail products.
- Priority booking access during peak times.

Memberships are simple and flexible — your treatments can roll over for up to two months, ensuring you never miss your moment of self-care.
Membership Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Solace Flow Head Spa. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you (“Member”) and Solace Flow Head Spa (“Solace Flow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review carefully before joining.

1. Membership Benefits
As a valued Member of Solace Flow Head Spa, you receive:
- 
One (1) Head Spa Treatment per month (based on membership level). 
- 
15% discount on service upgrades and add-ons. 
- 
15% discount on retail purchases. 
- 
Priority booking access during high-demand periods. 
Membership benefits are for the account holder only and are non-transferable.
Unused monthly sessions may roll over for up to two (2) consecutive months, after which they will expire automatically.

2. Membership Enrollment & Payment
- 
Memberships begin on the date of sign-up. 
- 
Monthly membership fees are automatically charged to the payment method on file. 
- 
If a payment is declined, Solace Flow reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership benefits until payment is successfully processed. 
- 
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared between clients.

3. Appointment Scheduling
- 
All treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. 
- 
We recommend scheduling recurring appointments to ensure preferred times. 
- 
Unused treatments expire after the two-month rollover window. 
​
4. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. 
- 
Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of that month’s treatment. 
- 
No monetary credit, refund, or rollover will be issued for missed or forfeited appointments.

5. Membership Commitment & Cancellation
- 
Memberships require a minimum 60-day commitment. 
- 
After this period, memberships automatically renew month-to-month until canceled. 
- 
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@solaceflowheadspa.com at least 30 days before your next billing date to avoid further charges. 
- 
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. 
- 
Any unused benefits at the time of cancellation may be redeemed within 30 days of termination but will not be refunded.

6. Membership Holds
- 
Members may place their membership on hold for up to three (3) months within a 12-month period. 
- 
Hold requests must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the desired start date of the hold. 
- 
During a hold, billing will pause and benefits cannot be used.

7. Discounts
- 
Active Members receive 15% off service upgrades, add-ons, and retail purchases. 
- 
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, or special offers. 
- 
Discounts apply only to the Member’s own services and purchases.

8. Liability Waiver & Refund Policy
- 
By becoming a Member, you acknowledge that all services are provided by licensed professionals and that Solace Flow Head Spa is not responsible for any adverse reactions, sensitivities, or injuries that may occur during or after treatment. 
- 
All membership payments are nonrefundable. No refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued for partially used periods, missed appointments, or unused benefits. 
- 
You authorize Solace Flow to charge your card on file monthly for recurring payments until you submit a written cancellation request in accordance with these Terms.

9. Termination by Solace Flow
- 
Solace Flow Head Spa reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: nonpayment, inappropriate behavior, or violation of policies. 
- 
If Solace Flow terminates membership, no refund or partial credit will be issued.

10. Privacy Policy
Your personal and payment information is kept confidential and secure, used solely for managing your membership, processing payments, and enhancing your spa experience.

11. Modifications to Terms
Solace Flow Head Spa reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Members will be notified of significant updates by email, and continued participation in the membership constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
