Welcome to the Solace Flow Membership Program. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you (“Member”) and Solace Flow Head Spa (“Solace Flow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review these terms carefully before joining.

1. Membership Benefits

​

As a Solace Flow Member, you’ll enjoy:

• One (1) monthly treatment based on your selected membership.

• 15% savings on service upgrades, add-ons, and retail purchases.

• Priority booking access during peak scheduling periods.

• Rollover of one unused monthly treatment for up to two (2) months.

Household Sharing Policy

Membership benefits may be shared exclusively with immediate household family members who reside at the same physical address. Proof of residency may be required at any time. Membership discounts on retail, upgrades, and add-ons apply only during appointments associated with the active membership.

2. Membership Enrollment & Payment

​

• Membership begins on the date of enrollment.

• Monthly dues are automatically charged to the payment method on file each month.

• If a payment is declined, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

• Membership pricing is subject to applicable taxes where required by law.

3. Appointment Scheduling

​

• All services must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability.

• We encourage Members to book recurring appointments to secure preferred dates and times.

• Unused monthly services may roll over for up to two (2) months before expiring automatically.

4. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of that month’s service.

• Missed or forfeited services are not eligible for refund, rollover, or account credit.

5. Membership Commitment & Cancellation

​

• Memberships require a minimum commitment of sixty (60) days.

• After the initial commitment, memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@solaceflowheadspa.com at least thirty (30) days before your next scheduled billing date.

• Please allow up to ten (10) business days for cancellation processing.

• Any unused membership services remaining after cancellation must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of the final billing date. Unused services expire after that period.

6. Membership Holds

​

• Memberships may be placed on hold for up to three (3) months during any rolling twelve (12) month period.

• Hold requests must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) days before the requested hold date.

• While a membership is on hold, billing is paused and membership benefits may not be used.

7. Member Savings

​

• Active Members receive 15% savings on eligible service upgrades, add-ons, and retail products.

• Member savings cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, discounts, or special offers.

• Discounts apply only during active membership periods.

8. Liability Waiver & Refund Policy

​

By participating in the membership program, you acknowledge that all services are performed by licensed professionals. While every effort is made to provide a safe and relaxing experience, Solace Flow Head Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions, allergies, sensitivities, or injuries that may occur during or following treatment.

Membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be provided for unused services, missed appointments, partially used billing periods, or voluntary cancellation.

By enrolling, you authorize Solace Flow Head Spa to securely store your payment information and process recurring monthly membership payments until your membership is canceled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

9. Termination

​

Solace Flow Head Spa reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership at any time due to non-payment, fraudulent use of membership benefits, abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff or guests, repeated violations of spa policies, or any misuse of the membership program.

Should Solace Flow terminate a membership for policy violations, unused membership benefits may be forfeited.

10. Privacy

​

Your personal information and payment details are securely maintained and used solely for administering your membership, processing payments, scheduling appointments, and enhancing your guest experience. We do not sell or share your personal information except as required by law or necessary to process your membership.

11. Changes to Membership Terms

​

Solace Flow Head Spa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, membership benefits, or pricing at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance. Continued participation in the membership program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
