Who We Are
Kelsea
Founder & CEO
I’m Kelsea, the founder and visionary of Solace Flow Head Spa.
Solace Flow was born during a time in my life when I was craving connection, compassion, and presence but not finding enough of it. I felt how easy it was to move through life disconnected, overstimulated, and fill in the gaps with things instead of experiences.
At the same time, I was navigating my own relationship with my body. Living with autoimmune challenges led me to experience scalp psoriasis, inflammation, and periods of hair loss. It taught me how personal scalp health really is and how deeply it’s tied to stress, the nervous system, and feeling seen and supported in your care.
I didn’t just want Solace Flow to be a place to “get a service.” I wanted to create a space where people could slow down, feel understood, and receive care rooted in compassion and intention.
Solace Flow is built on experience, connection, and education. Experience, because the body does not heal when it is rushed. Connection, because no two people or scalps are the same. Education, because understanding your body changes the way you care for it long term.
Once the space was created, I set out to find a group of women who carried the same heart, drive, and passion for wellness that I do. Women who care deeply, lead with intention, and believe in creating meaningful experiences.
What came together is a team that feels rare and deeply aligned. Each person here plays a role in the care you receive, and I cannot wait for you to meet us.
When I’m not working, I’m usually somewhere outside or somewhere new. Traveling, hiking a new trail with my friends and my pup, or sitting somewhere beautiful and letting life slow down. I’m most myself when I feel connected to the world around me and the people I’m sharing it with. That rhythm is what keeps me inspired and balanced, and it’s where I recharge.

I’m Jules! Authenticity, kindness, and empathy are pillars in my life, and I approach each day with an open mind and positive spirit. I spend my free time either at home crocheting with my cats and plants, or out and about at thrift and antique stores. At Solace Flow, I love to brighten every guest's day and welcome them into a space of relaxation and self-love.
Camila
Head Spa Technician
Hi, I’m Camila! I’m all about kindness, acceptance, and making sure everyone feels respected and comfortable. When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my boyfriend, family, and friends, or hanging out with my dogs, Rocky and Milo! What I love about working at Solace Flow is that it’s more than just a place to relax — we help clients with real scalp concerns while giving them a calming, restorative experience. I’ve seen firsthand the before-and-after results of clients’ scalps and the issues we’ve been able to improve, which makes this work so rewarding!

My name is Evie and I am deeply rooted in my faith in Jesus Christ and the value I place on family. When I’m not at work, I enjoy singing, golfing with my family, spending time at the lake or the beach, and making memories with my husband. What I love most about working at Solace Flow is creating a deeply relaxing experience for each guest, especially through a soothing scalp massage that helps them fully unwind. I am most comfortable offering light to medium pressure and truly enjoy helping guests feel calm, cared for, and refreshed during their treatments.

Hi, I’m Gracie! My values consist of creating connection, reliability, and a welcoming, serene environment for all of my clients. I am most comfortable with light to medium pressure, as I strive to provide my clients with the best experience so they feel comfortable and “at home” during their time spent here at Solace Flow. Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my longhaired miniature dachshund, Theodore Gregory. You can find us on walks, playing in the yard, and probably snuggling together. I am originally from Asheville, North Carolina and come from a big family, full of sisters. I moved to Greenville, SC in September of 2024 and have loved every moment of being here. I love to travel, experience concerts, read books, and Pinterest!

Hi, I’m Paige! I’m a licensed cosmetologist with four years of experience and a heartfelt passion for self-care, scalp health, and mental well-being. I believe healthy hair begins with a cared-for scalp, and I love creating a space where you can truly relax, unwind, and feel supported.
I especially enjoy working with psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, and hair loss, taking a gentle, personalized approach to help soothe the scalp and restore balance. I work with light to medium pressure, perfect for those who prefer a soothing, restorative touch.
When I’m not at the spa, you’ll usually find me traveling, spending time with friends and family, going to concerts, or cuddled up with my two kitties. I’d be honored to help you feel relaxed, refreshed, and like your very best self.

Hi, I’m Riley! I am someone who values kindness and compassion above all, and I strive to bring that energy into every treatment I perform. Outside of work, I love reading and spending quality time with the people I care about most. I enjoy working at Solace Flow because of its calming atmosphere and the opportunity to provide clients with a quiet, restorative space to relax and truly unwind. When performing treatments, I am most comfortable offering medium to deep pressure, tailoring each session to my client’s needs. I am welcoming to people of all backgrounds and take pride in creating a safe, inclusive environment. As a hijabi, I am able to offer a more intimate and comfortable experience for clients who prefer added privacy, and I am confident and experienced in working with textured hair.

Working at Solace Flow allows me to combine my passion for self care with helping others feel their best. I love creating a safe, calming space where clients can fully relax while leaving feeling confident in their hair and refreshed in mind and body.
When I’m not at work, you can usually find me hanging out with friends and family, on a fun trip or line dancing. When offering services, I’m comfortable working with any pressure level, but I especially love providing a good deep pressure for those who enjoy a more intense, tension-relieving experience.

Hi, I’m Zöe! I love all things creative, unique, and a little out of the ordinary. I value connection and creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, relaxed, and at home. I’m so happy to be part of the team at Solace Flow and love being able to help others take a step back from the busyness of life and enjoy a little time for themselves.
Outside of work, you can usually find me spending time with my two puppies, who are very much my whole world! Whether we’re playing, going on little adventures, or having a lazy day full of snacks, they keep life fun and never boring.

I’m a licensed cosmetologist and trichology student with over 20 years of experience in the hair industry. Hair has been a part of my life for so long that it honestly feels like second nature to me, but what I love most is that I’m still learning, growing, and finding new ways to care for my clients.
I'm very laid back, caring, and detail oriented. I love to laugh, I love good energy, and I want every client who sits in my chair to feel comfortable, relaxed, and taken care of. I’m definitely a little bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my work because I care about the details and I want you to leave feeling like your time with me was worth it.
For me, hair is about so much more than just how it looks. I love learning about the scalp, understanding what may be happening underneath the hair, and helping clients build better habits for healthier hair and scalp care. I also love creating those quiet moments where you can lay back, unplug, and let someone else take care of you for a change.
I truly love what I do, and I love being able to mix beauty, scalp care, relaxation, and education all in one experience.
